Abstract: Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools are beginning to revolutionize the Media and Entertainment industry. This is similar to the impact in other industries such as business, transportation, gaming, robotics, security and manufacturing. Artificial intelligence applications, much like non-intelligent automation systems can be trained to perform certain repetitive tasks currently being done by humans. Some of the most common tasks imitated by AI include various forms of speech, text, object and facial recognition, pattern recognition and data analysis. Social media services use recommendation engines to suggest items and areas of interest based on user profiles. None of these are true AI!
