The conference will be held April 6-11, 2019 in Las Vegas, NV, USA, as part of the annual NAB Show, the world’s largest and most comprehensive convention encompassing the convergence of media, entertainment and technology. The 2018 BEITC included over 120 papers on 30 key topics, presented across six days of technical sessions, and an even larger program is planned for 2019.

Proposals for BEITC papers can be submitted online here, where the full list of suggested topics for the 2019 conference is posted. The deadline for paper proposals is October 26, 2018. Authors of papers selected for inclusion in the 2019 BEITC program will be notified by mid-November 2018.

Proposals are subject to peer review, and papers featuring original research or highly regarded speakers will receive most favorable consideration. All content proposed should be presented in a tutorial, non-promotional form.
